All Sales Are Final At Skyline Supply House, we strive to provide high-quality products at smart prices. Due to the nature of our inventory and international shipping model, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at skylinesupplyhousellc@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue.

To be eligible for a resolution regarding a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If an item is damaged, we will work with our suppliers to send a replacement at no additional cost to you, provided the damage is verified.

Refunds (if applicable) Refunds are only granted in the rare case that a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
