2. Shipping Estimates Because we ship directly from our global partners to keep your costs low, shipping times vary by product and destination.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website or via the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update after you receive your initial notification.
4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses We only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you are ordering multiple different items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times, as they may be coming from different specialized suppliers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Skyline Supply House is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
